JENNY MING, currently CEO of Rothy’s, is a leader who has continually elevated global competitiveness in retail and consumer products. From 2009 to 2019, as President and CEO of Charlotte R, she designed and executed the fast fashion/specialty hybrid model with a purpose-driven strategy, then extended its reach through international partnerships and strengthened digital capabilities for global market expansion. She proactively navigated evolving retail landscapes—optimizing the store fleet, managing ownership transitions, and debt restructuring—and leveraged long-term insights to sustain growth under constrained digital investment. From 1993 to 2006 at Old Navy, she established a value specialty brand for modern families by foregrounding the brand’s societal impact and successfully scaled it to consumers worldwide. Ms. Ming has been recognized by Fortune, Business Week, Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times for outstanding business leadership.
